missing soapcharmless location
this hotel room? not so hot. two single beds jammed together tried to pass as a double. the shower gel and soap vanished. i told the cleaners but they were too busy. had to hunt down someone at reception to get it fixed. location? fine for trains, but utterly devoid of charm. seriously.

Superb stay near the station!

The hotel's proximity to the train station proved useful, especially with luggage. Breakfast offered a very good selection. The fresh ingredients were a highlight. Staff members at reception were friendly. Luggage storage was available, really convenient for our travel plans.
There was no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan helped somewhat.

The reception staff provided great advice on local dining and spoke excellent English. They gave assistance with directions to the train station. The check-in process was quick and efficient, VERY appreciated after a long journey.

Our room included two separate areas. One served as a bedroom and the other as a dressing room. The beds were very comfortable. Daily cleaning kept the rooms very tidy, with fresh towels ALWAYS available.
Facilities

The hotel offered bahn tickets at the front desk, simplifying our local transportation. Water stations allowed us to refill bottles, particularly in the lounge. The breakfast dining room was spacious. This hotel is very quiet at night.

The provided amenities were insufficient. My room lacked basic items such as a toothbrush and hair comb, something I found quite inconvenient. The breakfast offered a lot of choices, but its repetitive nature made it less appealing after a few days. A better variety in the breakfast menu would be welcome, as the limited options became tiresome.

the breakfast was very enjoyable. i loved the variety of fresh ingredients available. water stations were available for filling water bottles. the lounge was a comfortable seating area.
the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. even with the ceiling fan on, the room felt warm. the immediate area felt a bit run down because of it.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. My room was quite spacious. The staff at the reception were helpful and allowed me to check in early. The breakfast had a good selection (especially the fresh bread!).

The breakfast room was well kept, and the breakfast manager was very attentive. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. I found the food selection to be very good.

I found vending machines that offer decent coffee for a small fee. There is a water refill machine near the reception desk (very convenient!). You can buy train tickets at the reception as well.
